The location of the hotel is convenient; however, the noise level from the bar next door can be heard throughout some of the rooms. the rooms are spacious, with a fridge and couches for added comfort. the air conditioning and constant electricity are a plus.

The staff could improve their customer service skills.

Great location and easy access to transportation. The room was quite spacious and had basic amenities. Electricity was constant during my Christmas stay and there was free Wi-Fi.

The noise level from the pool area was quite high and impacted my ability to relax in my room. the lack of replenishment of toiletries and tea/coffee was disappointing.

I had a great stay at this hotel! The location was perfect, and the cleanliness of the room was impressive. Additionally, the staff was really friendly and made me feel welcome. Despite being in a bustling part of the city, the transportation was convenient and easy to access.

I had a fantastic stay at Presken Hotels @ Freedom Way. The room was clean and spacious, and I loved the constant supply of electricity, which ensured I could enjoy the air conditioning and television. The beds were comfortable, and I really appreciated the presence of a couch and desk in the room. The location was also convenient. I highly recommend this hotel.

The food at the hotel wasn't the best, so I would suggest eating outside or bringing take outs. There was also some noise from the bar located behind my window, which was a bit distracting.
